That kit will make it a 15x100 since your hub is non boost. To convert it to boost, you will need that kit, as well as kit HUB1009-14N (this kit only includes one end cap to make a 100 to a 110, so you will also need to regular 15mm kit to get the other end cap). Once that is done, you will also be required to re-dish the wheel since the boost.
